Grant Funding

Grant funded projects can be complex and multifaceted, requiring careful management to ensure success. There is complex paperwork involved, along with detailed reporting requirements, and tight deadlines to meet.

At Olympus Innovation Ltd, we specialise in managing grant funded projects and have a proven track record of delivering quality results. Our expertise and experience allow us to work closely with you to successfully manage administrative work and ensure the project is delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Our Approach

Our approach is tailored to the specific needs of each project, but typically includes the following key elements

Project Planning

We work closely with our partners to develop a detailed project plan that outlines the project objectives, timelines, budgets, and key milestones. This plan forms the foundation for the project and guides all decision-making throughout the project.

Budget Management

Developing, managing, and controlling the financial aspects of a project are critical activities. We implement proven budget management tools and processes so funds are utilised effectively and efficiently for the success of the project.

Communication & Collaboration

Effective communication and collaboration are essential for the success of grant funded projects. We establish regular communication channels with our partners and sponsors, working to foster a culture of openness and transparency.

Risk Management

All projects come with inherent risks, be they technical, commercial, or administrative in nature. We implement a robust risk management process to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Monitoring & Reporting

We closely monitor the progress of the project and provide regular reports to our partners and sponsors to ensure that the project is on track and that any issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

We continuously seek opportunities for improvement through out the project, using feedback from our partners and lessons learned to make adjustments and optimise project outcomes.
